Before you print
- Generate the preview with your event’s guest invitation link.
- Select Print or save as PDF.
- Choose A4 or Letter paper in portrait orientation.
- Print one copy at its intended size.
- Test that copy with a guest’s phone before printing more.
Keep the white border around the QR code. Avoid cropping the code or placing artwork over it.
Place signs where guests can stop and scan comfortably. Keep lighting and reflections in mind.
Check the guest experience
This tool formats a link. It does not verify whether your event is active.
Activate your event before testing guest admission. Check its schedule, guest cap, and photo allowance.
Uploads require connectivity and available Google Drive storage. Camera access requires permission and a supported browser.
Party Pix captures new photos. Existing phone-library uploads are not available.
Share invitations with your intended guests. Do not publish your event’s sign or invitation on public websites.
