Privacy and content responsibilities

Event organizers are responsible.Organizers must make sure their collection, sharing, storage, and use of event content complies with applicable law and ethical obligations, including obtaining any required participant permissions.
Guests choose before sharing.Guests see the organizer’s event details and explicitly consent before a browser camera is requested. Only guests can remove their own uploads through Party Pix, while the event is active, within its scheduled dates, and their sharing session remains valid. Drive owners manage their files separately in Google Drive. Deleting an event removes its information and permissions from Party Pix and leaves Drive files and folders untouched.
Content responsibility.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Party Pix is not responsible for organizer- or guest-uploaded content. Guest captures upload directly to the organizer’s Google Drive; upload authorization and metadata checks run through Party Pix. Media previews may pass through our servers.
